Who we are

This website is operated by Jomsolar Power Solutions (“Jomsolar”, “we”), No. 52, Jalan 1/3, Taman Seri Jaromas, 42600 Jenjarom, Selangor. Contact: 012-277 6383 · info@jomsolar.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through the form we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address (optional), location, enquiry type and the information you provide about your site, system or question.

If you contact us by WhatsApp or phone, we receive the details you share in that conversation.

The form does not use tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operations.

Videos (YouTube) and the map (Google Maps) load only when you press play or “Show map”. From then on, Google’s own privacy policy applies to that content.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, quotation or inspection plan, arrange site visits and provide after-sales support. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us operate — for example website hosting and email delivery — process data on our behalf. We may share relevant details with equipment suppliers or manufacturers when needed for your project or a warranty claim, and where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed for the purposes above.

Your rights

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may request access to, and correction of, the personal data we hold about you, and withdraw consent for its use. Contact us using the details above.
