Solar systems

Off-grid and hybrid solar, sized to your load

Whether a site has no grid at all or power that is unreliable, the right system depends on what you need to run and when. We design off-grid and hybrid systems from real load data.

Which type of system fits your site?

Off-grid solar

When it fits

No grid connection, or one that is too far or costly to bring in.

Typical sites

  • Farms
  • Rural homes
  • Homestays
  • Islands
  • Work sites

Hybrid solar & battery

When it fits

Grid or generator power exists, but outages or running costs are a problem.

Typical sites

  • Frequent outages
  • Shops & offices
  • Generator sites
  • Essential equipment
About hybrid systems

How the parts work together

Every system uses the same building blocks. What changes from site to site is their size and how they are arranged.

  1. Solar PV modules

    Sunlight → DC power

  2. Inverter / charger

DC → AC, and charges the battery

  3. Battery storage

Power for the night and cloudy days

  4. Backup source (optional)

    Generator or grid, when needed

  5. Protection & monitoring

    Isolators, breakers, earthing, monitoring

Where storage fits in

A bigger battery means longer backup — and a higher cost. We size it from your night-time use and the backup you want, and show you the trade-off.

What we need to prepare a proposal

You don't need all of this to start — send what you have and we'll ask for the rest.

  • Site location (town / area, and whether access is by road, boat, etc.)
  • Current power situation: no power, generator, grid with outages, or grid
  • List of equipment you want to run, with power ratings (watts) if known
  • Hours of use for each item, and whether it runs in the day or at night
  • How long backup should last during outages or cloudy periods
  • Where the panels and equipment could go — photos of the roof or ground area help
  • Budget range (optional) and any plans to add loads later
Discuss a Solar System

How a system project runs

  1. 01

    Load information

You share the site and load details; we clarify anything missing.

  2. 02

    Site survey

We check the mounting area, cable routes, equipment location and shading.

  3. 03

    Proposal & quotation

A written design summary, equipment list, backup expectations and price.

  4. 04

    Installation & handover

Installation, testing and a walkthrough of how to operate the system.
