Aerial thermal imaging picked out one module with a small, sharply defined hot area that looked normal in the visible-light photo.

Rooftop PV array on a commercial shop-lot building.
Challenge
Rows of modules on a shop-lot roof are hard to check one by one from roof level; an aerial view covers the whole array in one pass.
Assessment
Paired thermal and visible images were captured by drone and compared module by module.
Implementation
Localised heating on one module in the bottom row was flagged for on-site verification.
